Three of us will be traveling to Paris in May. Can anyone recommend a good hotel, not too expensive, good location, hopefully with breakfast included, that could house 3 of us comfortably as I know the rooms in Europe are typically smaller than in the U.S.?<BR><BR>Thank you.

In order for people to answer we need a price and when you are traveling.<BR><BR>Also, most Paris hotels offer breakfast, but it is almost always extra.

Try the Hotel Muguet in Paris; when I was there last year the room across from ours was a triple.

The HOtel du Lys, my favorite little budget in the 6th, www.hoteldulys has a triple room. I never stayed in the triple but know some folks who did, and they thought it was fine. Breakfast is included.

Three of us stayed at Hotel Nicolo and were fine. The cost was around $133 2 years ago, but I see they have gone up to $164 for a triple. There was a big queen bed and a cot, a writing desk with a small tv on it. The Brighton Hotel has a triple room. I haven't seen it so I couldn't tell you what it looks like. The address is:<BR>218 Rue de Rivoli. Across the street from the Tuileries Gardens and a block or so from the Louvre.

Relais du Louvre has triples. They are across the street from the Louvre and midway between the Pont Neuf and Rue de Rivoli metro stops, great location and very helpful staff. Website is www.relaisdulouvre.com

Hotel Villa D'Estrees ( www.hotel-latin-quarter.com) or Residence des Arts, their property across the street, are both excellent for triples. Location is great-can walk to restaurants, museums, etc. but also a block from metro stop.

The Hotel Le Home Latin in the latin quarter has several triples, we stayed in one with a double bed in one room and a single in another with a full bathroom to share. It was quite comfortable for a two star hotel. The location is super. Deborah

We stayed at the Palais Bourbon in December and had a room for a family of 4. It was plenty big, clean, and good location, right next to Invalides and Rodin Museum. (7th Arrindissement)

Check out yourstayparis.com or rentparis.com. An apartment is a bigger space and you can rent by the day or week. I've found this a bigger space than a regular hotel and although breakfast is not included, you can make your own!

Have also stayed in the Select Hotel in Place de la Sorbonne in Feb 2002.<BR><BR>They have regular rooms with 1 double and 1 single.<BR><BR>They also had a two floor suite with double and bathroom downstairs and single bed and toilet upstairs.<BR><BR>Breakfast included.

I just returned from Paris and stayed with my parents and brother at the Residence des Arts in their Apartment. It was wonderful! We paid 400E/night. The apt is basically a studio w/kitchenette connected to a suite with a pull-out couch, king bed, kitchenette, and bath w/tub &amp; separate shower. The rooms were very quaint and quite large. The location is great - in the 6th arr, right off narrow ped streets with many shops and cafes. St. Michel RER/Metro are right around the corner and it's easy walking to Notre Dame, Seine, Louvre, D'Orsay, etc. Pascal, the manager, and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
