San Diego Hotels/Zoo - free shuttles?

Off the top of anyone's head do you know of
any San Diego Hotel(s) that offer shuttle (or some sort of transportation) to Sea World? How about the Zoo?

Thanks

I don't know of any, but you might want to contact the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau. They might know.

I believe on their website the Holiday Inn Harbor View claims to have free shuttle service to/from a lot of places (airport) including Balboa Park where the zoo is located. You should read this thread though if you're trying to avoid renting a car. Everyone says it's much better to have a car & you'll find some money saving tips in this string.

We stayed at the Super 8 Bayview and they offered a shuttle to Sea World and the zoo. Also to Seaport Village, Old Town, airport if you called and.... one more place. The trolley was also a few blocks away (3 I think).

This place is for people on a smaller budget it is not a fancy hotel.

Most people would say that you can't do San Diego without a rental car - I agree, mostly. We did it but I knew ahead of time we only had time to hit the places the shuttle went, or could take the trolley and/or walk. We don't mind walking. The shuttle really helped in the decision making process for me (and budget too of course).

As mentioned check the San Diego Visitor info, I think they had a nice website about the hotels that may have had amenities or at least links.
