Never stayed at any of those properties but stayed twice at the Aston Kaanapali Shores. EXCELLENT hotel/condo. We had a 1 bedroom oceanview condo. Has the living room, kitchen, etc... Grocery store across the street. Perfect location. Plus this property is right on the beach. Even has a restaurant. 2 pools. etc... I definetly recommend this place. You won't be sorry!!<BR>Good Luck!!

Go to http://www.wizardpub.com/maui/mauaerials.html and check out the aerial photos of these and other resorts. Rather than believing the advertising "hype" provided by the resort or a travel agent, this will allow you to see how far each one is from the ocean. If that's important to you, it can be a good guide to which resorts are worth following up on. We've stayed at the Sugar Beach Resort and Nane Kai Hale in Kihei; both are ocean-front condos in North Kihei and we liked them both. Good luck, and have a great trip!<BR>
