Wyndham-LaQuinta rewards program merge
Anyone have any familiarity-experience with this new wrinkle? Members of either program are being given the oppty to transfer points to the other, but as of now, no cross-bookings (til 'early 2019 they say.) I'm thinking most Wyndham properties may be a notch or two above LQ, but what it looks like is that LQ,s liberal and smart dog-friendly policy (any room, any dog, no extra $) will get lost in the shuffle. Would like to hear thoughts of anyone who may have made the transfer.
