Wyndam or Polynesian for Orlando?
 

For our honeymoon, we have decided to go to Orlando. I am looking for a nice hotel with some special ammenities. I think I may have narrowed it down to the Wyndam and the Polynesian at Disney. I am not opposed to any other Disney hotels, but this appears to be the only one that comes back with consistant reviews. Any suggestions on which, or am I overlooking one?<BR><BR>Thanks.

Did you check out the Hyatt Grand Cypress? We stayed there last Nov & thought it was great. Went Thanksgiving time & it was very quiet. <BR>The Grand Floridian is great also.<BR>Enjoy

Vavalynn:<BR><BR>Have to agree with the Hyatt Grand Cypress Resort-it was heavenly! The pool area is fabulous...little grottos, waterfalls. The entire resort is so lavish, the lobby is spectacular, service top notch and the breakfast buffet great.<BR><BR>Wyndham Palace Resort at Lake Buena Vista is also a great choice, though not as fine as the Grand Cypress. The rooms are very well-appointed, good service too.<BR><BR>Both hotels are located in the heart of the action there at Lake Buena Vista.<BR><BR>I'd go with the Grand Cypress for your honeymoon...it'll be memorable.

go with the Polynesian, there is nothing special about the Wyndham. I live in Orlando and I go there from time to time for their spa. But the Polynesian is a much better hotel

Grand Floridian is my favorite hotel. Donald and Pluto also agree!!!

If you can afford the Grand Cypress Hyatt, I think it's the most romantic for a Honeymoon. <BR>Be sure you let them know you are honeymooners; perhaps you'll get upgraded to Concierge Level at whichever hotel you end up at!
