Wow Baltimore!
Just returned from a conference held in Baltimore. Haven't been there since the 60's and all I can say is what a great city. Spent most of my days unfortunately sitting in a conference room but was able to stroll around the harbor area at night and riding on the water taxi which was my favorite thing. Beautiful weather and lovely sparklling city at night not to mention great food. Can't wait to return and really explore the city.

I am so glad you enjoyed your visit to my home town. Sometimes we "Baltimorons" feel like the "red-headed stepchild". We're caught between D.C and Philadelphia, but most people I talk to when I'm volunteering at the National Aquarium at the Inner Harbor have a lot of good things to say about this city.

So glad you saw Baltimore in such a good light. I moved here seven years ago and love it. We have excellent theater and music venues, great food, the National Aquarium and several fine museums, but the best is the people: warm and friendly. Hope you get to visit again.

it is quite a unique city. I lived there for 9 years in the 80s and recently returned for a reunion. It was great to be reunited with the city again. My how it has grown....

That's great, SharonG, glad to hear you had a good visit to our town. I've read that they've finally been able to ramp up the convention bookings, so it looks like Baltimore will be getting more exposure over the next few years. Now, if we can just keep the bodies from floating around in the harbor...
