I heard something about a tour group that caters exclusively to women. I want to take my mom on a trip. Has anyone heard of any tours that are all women?

Actually I know someone who went on the Menopausal Tours trip to the Balloon Fiesta in New Mexico and she (and her friend) enjoyed it very much.
