Winter Specials on the northern CA coast
 

Inn at the Tides in Bodega Bay has a special rate of $149 per night, including dinner for two, for a king room with fireplace and bay view. Unfortunately, the hotel is already booked for the nights I want in Feb. Does anyone know of any other hotels of the same quality that offer good deals in February? Would like something within 100 miles of San Fran. Thanks.

What a great deal. It's a beautiful property. And an easy drive to the Russian River and Dry Creek wineries. I'd book it!

Little townof Gualala up the coast --30 to 40 miles?? Hotel on ocean side of highway(right in town) has great view and some rooms have a jacuzzi . Unfortunately I can not remember the name??? It sits beside a tiny strip mall that has a coffee shop and tourist stuff<BR>Pt. Arena further up the coast (10 miles)--Wharfmaster--great views don't know about fireplaces.<BR>Hope this helps...<BR>

<BR>I still can't remember the name of the place in Qualala. However, Whale Watch Inn is 5 miles up the road at <BR>Anchor Bay. It is beautiful and has assortment of rooms BUT it is expensive. Go to Google as a search engine and type in Whale Watch Inn. Lots of info<BR><BR><BR>

I was able to change my dates and get a reservation at Inn at the Tides. It sounds like a great deal.
