Winter in Arizona

We are thinking of doing a trip to Arizona around the end of January, taking in the Flagstaff, Phoenix, and Tucson area. What type of weather might we encounter and what points of interest should we consider? We would also like to see the south rim of the Canyon if we have time during our 7-day stay.
You'll likely freeze your patooty off up in Flagstaff and GC. Plenty of snow potential.
Phoenix sees daytime highs in mid-60's.
It's not really warm, warm.

For detailed temps and snow data for each location, go to weatherbase.com then select the United States then Arizona labels.

Weatherwise, you would be best to go from starting mid February, but you could hit snow in Northern Arizona till March.

With any elevation at all, you are likely to be cold. We just returned from a trip to Phoenix, Tombstone and the Blue Mountains last week. Phoenix was cool in the morning but 80-ish during the day. However, in the higher elevations, we started to see low 30's in the morning and maybe 50-ish during the day. Quite a difference.

Sorry, that should have read "White" Mountains. Blue was the color of my lips after riding a motorcycle through there!
