Sorry I don't know about Denver in particular for this weekend, but there is a pretty awesome art show in Avon (near Vail) this weekend.

Check out the Black American West Museum if the founder, Paul Stewart, is going to be there. My brother and I had a wonderful time with Mr. Stewart. He has some great stories to tell.

I highly recommend the butterfly pavillion. It's really wonderful! You could hit a Rockies game if you're into baseball. Also, hike the flat irons near Boulder if you have time.
