Which wilderness lodge across kachemak bay
Need help again!! We would like to spend a few days across bay from Homer. Looking at Tutka bay wilderness lodge, sadie cove lodge, Peterson Bay lodge and oyster camp, or a Quiet place lodge.Anyone with any input on any of these would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Snorky
Tutka Bay Lodge and Sadie Cove are both nice. Sadie Cove is definately more rustic. Tutka Bay has really good food. Peterson Bay Oyster Camp is cheaper then tutka or sadie. You sleep in a wall tent there and not a cabin. Quiet Place did not operate this summer and probably not going to operate next summer. |
Thanks alot for the additional info

Hi Snoky:
You might want to try bear cove lodge, a new place in bear cove accross the bay from homer. It is much cheaper there because you bring your own food. they provide the water taxi. |
