Which of these has the best Las Vegas Sunday champagne brunch?

I'm trying to decide between Wynn, Paris or The Steak House at Circus Circus. All priced between $25.00-$30.00. Which would you recommend?

We've never been to the Steak House at Circus Circus, but we liked the Wynn better than Paris.

Been to both Wynn and Paris. The Wynn may have a longer line, unless you get there early. I think we got there at 9 a.m. and got right in. When we left, the line was zig zagged PLUS out the hallway! IMHO, both were basically the same. Maybe I'm jaded and have been to too many buffets!

I won't have a car and that's not a short drive.

Let's stick to the strip, please.

I'd have to give a slight edge to Paris. One of the things about Sunday brunch is that breakfast food tends to be the same, so there's not much chance for differentiation, unless you go closer to lunch time, and go for dishes that aren't breakfast food.

If you're going for more of a breakfast experience, I like Paris better since they have a greater array of baked goods, and they make good crepes. If you're going for more of a lunch time experience, then I'd say go with the Wynn.

I haven't tried Circus Circus.

I like a good omelet, the crepe sounds good, and then some pasta meat, potatoes and dessert. Not into caviar, sushi, and crab legs.

Anyone else have a favorite?

I heard many great things about the CC Steakhouse...but never been there. I recently ate the brunch at the Venetian. A bit more pricy...but the food and champagne was excellent! But if I had to choose between the 3 you suggested, it wuld be the CC Steakhouse.

I would say by far it is Paris. I go to Vegas 3-4 times a year and love Paris' buffet. Do not go to Circus Circus. It is a chessey dive!

I must admit the last poster was half right. CC is a cheesy dive, however, the CC Steakhouse is quite different. It is a local secret and quite difficult to get reservations. They only have 2 times for seatings...thus, no line.

No, I wouldn't eat at the Circus regular buffet again, but I heard the brunch at The Steak House is great.
