Which LV Shows & where to buy discount tckts
What shows would be best for 20 somethings?
Is there some place to buy discount tickets once we are in Las Vegas?
We wanted to see Love at the Mirage, but it appears to be sold out. Does that mean that if we wait until we get to Las Vegas to purchase tickets, we won't have much selestion?
Our trip is the first of August.
Thanks for the advise!

There are several discount ticket booths (Tix4tonight)...up and down the strip. The tickets are for same day and next-day, the availability is pretty good on weeknights and hit-or-miss on weekends. I didn't see "Love" or "O" on any nights but "Ka" and "LE Reve" were discounted nightly and "Mystere" was discounted on weeknights. We got our "Love" tickets on the Mirage website when they were having a 25% off promotion. August is considered slow-season for Vegas so I'm surprised that it is already sold out, were you checking for a Saturday night? That might explain it.
Mystere and O are the best shows in my opinion.

Will you be there on Monday August 1? Love has tickets available that night.
Mystere is probably my favorite Cirque show. It is light hearted and very entertaining.
My least favorite is KA. I just did not enjoy the scenery or the darkness.
Zumanity is very sensual.
I found O interesting.
I would go on the websites for all the shows you might be interested in seeing and look at the trailers they have. I haven't seen my 20's in a long time, so what might appeal to me, might not appeal to you.
Anything you see will be amazing.

Do you guys think that if I wait until we arrive in LV to purchase tickets at TIX4tonight, there will still be tickets for shows like Mystere and O? Say we arrive Saturday & want tickets for Sunday & Monday? Will there still be a good selection?

You could try. There are very few bad seats in the house. I have been to a show when there are empty seats and been when it is packed.
If there is a big convention in town, the tickets are sometimes harder to get. I would probably buy tickets for the one I really want to see, and gamble on the others.
