Which Luau--Old Lahaina or Ho'omana'o?

We are traveling to Maui with kids (ages 7 and 5) in August. Curious to know if anyone could tell me which would be better for kids...the traditional Old Lahaina Luau with the feast, etc. at night or the historical breakfast called Ho'omana'o? I haven't been to either. Thanks!

Old Lahaina Luau is a *fantastic* evening (dinner, show, setting). That's the only one I've been to so I can't compare.

We really liked the Old Lahaina Luau, not familiar with Hoomanao.

My experience is the same as what's already posted here - OLL is great! Tickets sell out months in advance, so arrange for yours prior to your departure date.

I've been to both with grandkids over 12 & the Ho'Omana'O is definitely more fun for the kids. I think the adults enjoyed it more also. They have demonstrations of activities & traditions that everyone can participate in...dancing, spear throwing, food preparing & more. Have a great time. Aloha!
