I like Oahu (Honolulu/Waikiki to be specific) when I travel solo. Because you don't need a car and there's so much to do.

I enjoyed Maui for a family reunion trip.

So those are my favorite, but maybe that's because I haven't been to Kauai or the Big Island yet?
