which destin area?

my husband and I (mid 50's) want to spend a week in destin area---biking beach, playing golf, in a beautiful full ocean view condo I've started looking on VRBO and am overwhelmed of the number of areas to choose from. Can anyone give me suggestions or help with the difference between destin, scenic drive east, central, sandestin, etc?? all suggestions are appreciated

sandestin.com Watercolor area best for what you want.
best mix of beautiful places without all the clutter
Used to own property House at Caribe that is a super nice
area quite expensive.

Cheaper for me less crowded just as nice these days.
orangebeach.com terrycove.com Perdido Eden area
villagtannin.com gulf front lake front nature reserve
for hiking at great price points. [email protected]
Jane with Realty Executives always helps me to find
great deals there.

What does it take to create a "WOW" factor in your mind? We searched for over ten years in places like Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Carillon; always on the ...

I recommend the Scenic Gulf Dr area of Destin. Actually it is known as Miramar Beach. It is located out of the busiest part of Destin with 6 miles of oceanfront walking and cycling on a paved walkway. There are public and private beaches along Scenic Gulf Drive and the rental rates are affordable. There are a number of restaurants along the walking path too. My wife and I own a condo there in Majestic Sun and manage a few others for other owners like ourselves. If we can help you please visit http://www.coastlinecondos.com
