Which Civil Rights Museum is better -- Memphis or Jackson, MS?
 
Which of these would you recommend if we only have time for one of them?

Haven’t been to the one in Jackson, but can highly recommend the one in Memphis. It’s located in the hotel where Martin Luther King was assassinated.

And if your travels ever take you to Montgomery do NOT miss the Civil Rights monument by Maya Lin at the Southern Poverty Law Center.
