This is the first time I've had a free second to get online so was the post pulled or was it the gremlins preventing posts from opening that caused it to be missing??

I've thought the same thing all day OWJ because of Ernesto.

We are all sitting on pins and needles waiting for it to be upgraded to a hurricane (it was 4 mph away from hurricane strength at the 2PM update) and it is still over open water.

BTW, today would be Thirsty Thursday instead of Freaky Friday:-D

I'll celebrate with "Ernesto y Julio Gallo."

It may as well be Friday because 99% of people will be off tomorrow or just goofing around at work anyway tomorrow. :O)

Everyone here left early TODAY and won't be here tomorrow. I'm running the assylum. YIKES!

You guys are funny! I think we should start a "Thirsty Thursday" -- as we say around our house 'its 5 o'clock somewhere!!'

I didn't have to go to work today b/c I had to attend a workshop/inservice instead...can I blame it the fact I'm wearing jeans, my dress down Friday attire?

Maybe I really do need a drink. At least then I may have an excuse for my brain-farts!

Hi OWJ, I thought it was Friday this morning also as my monthly hair appointment was yesterday (Wednesday) instead of the normal Thursday. As in "this is Friday as I got my hair trimmed and colored yesterday"..but noooo, it is only Thursday. I am glad I am not the only confused one, lol. Take care dear one. ((R))

OWJ, first of all, you are our idiot, and we love you anyway ;)

Second, you are not the first one to make this mistake. Jorr started the FFRR thread on Thursday couple of weeks back.

Third, it's easy to get confused as today is the last day of the month.

Forth, you must be tired and need the long weekend. And so do I :(

OWJ: If it will make you feel any better, this morning I called The Globe & Mail(local newspaper) & told them that "The Friday Real Estate" Section was missing! The person on the other end was so cool...she said "Well, we will make sure that we get that to you first thing tomorrow morning!" Then I laughed & said "Good one!" when I realized that it was Thursday!! :)

It was long time ago... I made an appointment for the next teeth cleaning in 6 months, and was surprised they didn't call me to remind the day before, like they usually do.

The receptionist couldn't manage not to laugh. I showed up without a call A WHOLE MONTH EARLIER!

Now, who can beat that :) OWJ, compare to your only 1 day off, I was a whole month off!

OWJ, I remember the Wednesday before Thanksgiving last year, I came to the board looking for the FFR&Rs. Wishing for Friday happens to the best of us. You must have something really interesting to tell us, or you wouldn't be so anxious to post. I will look forward to your R&Rs with great anticipation. Of course, I always do that anyway. :-)

So Happy It's Thursday, yeah that would make an interesting acronym. :-"
