Where to stay on Kauai

My family wants to stay on Kauai. We would love to find a beachfront home at a fairly reasonable price. (preferably in the North Shore area) There will be four of us. (Parents and two teens)Do you have any recommendations? Thank you for your help.

Check out this website http://www.beachkauai.com/ We stayed at the Moon Beach Cottage. That might be a little small for your family. The location of all the rentals can't be beat.

What price range do you consider reasonable? There are several beachfront options in Hanalei and Haena from around $2500 to over $10,000 a week.

Condos would be much cheaper than a full home. Pali Ke Kua is a good value, on the ocean bluff, large 2 bedroom units. Many rental agents, search the Internet and VRBO.com

We rented a lovely house in Hanalei called Paulele. It, and other properties, with lots of photos at
