Where to stay in Glacier NP

I posted and got lots of good suggestions for the NW part of our month long road trip with our kids. We are planning to spend 4 nights around Glacier NP. The first night we will be outside the park on the west side (unless I find something in the park for that night on the West side). We will have 3 nights on the East side. I have been checking online every day and first got 2 days at Rising Sun Motor Inn & Cabins. Then I found all 3 nights at Swiftcurrent Motor Inn & Cabins. Today I found just the 1 night in the middle at Many Glacier. So my questions is what do you recommend for where to stay? Should I just stay all three nights in one place? Swiftcurrent seems well located and we would love not having to move hotels. Should I do 2 nights there and then the last night at Rising Sun? Is Many Glacier worth the extra cost? Would you split your stay into 3 different places if you could stay at Many Glacier? Once I make the decision, I will drop the other reservations I made. Thanks for your suggestions!

It bothers me more to switch hotels than to drive longer each day. So I think it really depends on your preference- I'd pick the three nights in one place.

I would stay all 3 nights at Swiftcurrent. It's well located for hiking and is an easy drive to the east entrance at St Mary.

Definetly all 3 nights at Swiftcurrent!
Where is the MIDDLE of Many Glacier?

Sorry. I found the second (middle of 3) night at Many Glacier. Definitely not ideal if we don't want to move around.

I will plan to stay at Swiftcurrent. Thank you for the suggestions!

Enjoy your trip. The Many Glacier area of the park is awesome.
Happy trails!!
