Where to stay in Clearwater/ST Pete
 

We plan on staying in this area for a few days and have a 2 year old. Looking for a resort-type place to stay that is child friendly and not overly crowded. I would appreciate any suggestions.

You didn't say when you are visiting so crowds will vary. The Tradewinds on St Pete Bch seem child friendly as well as the Radisson Sand Key which is just over the bridge from Clearwater.

We will be going in the middle of September.

Sept should be a good time. Kids going back to school and few snowbirds arriving yet.

either the Don Cesar or the Tradewinds...both are good family resorts...have fun...SSS
