Where to sit for Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular Show
Hi there! We are going to NYC around Christmas time and want to see the Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular Show and we are going to have our 3 and 4 year old boys with us. I want to have good seats so they can see. I am a little overwhelmed at the seating chart. Can you help me decide what the best seats would be for us and our two little ones?

I doubt it, but you should know. Have you ever taken them to a movie that is that long? That should give you an idea, although I suspect kids that small are not going to be as fascinated with this type of show as they would be with a 90 min animated film. Seems kind of expensive to spend on something like that to me (aren't tickets about $100 for the type of seats you want, even for kids?)

Last time I went, with grand daughters 4 and 6, there were lots of special effects which kept their attention at the Radio City Music Hall Christmas show.. They had problems sitting still at the Broadway show "Beauty and the Beast" but not so much at Radio City.
Glad to see you back here again, Jill!

Hi Happy Trvlr!! You are so sweet. Yes, I am back! Had two kids and now back to traveling. Thanks for the heads up on the shows. I think if my youngest wasn't 3, I would give it a try. Perhaps in two years when they are 5 and 6.

Just to confuse you even more, I took our kids when they were 4 and 7. Our son was 4, and had just turned 4 the month before, so a young one. We were up in one of the balconies and not right in the center, and it was still very good. Our son did not fidget at all. He was so engrossed in the performance that he literally sat on the edge of his seat and did not make a peep the entire time. We had come down from Groton, CT for the day, so left very early and saw the show in the afternoon and then did not head back until after dinner. So a long day, and even with that, he did great at the show. Just wanted to give some encouragment
