Where to go for Easter Sunday Brunch on Maui?

We will be in Maui over Easter and would like to eat at a nice place for a sunday brunch. Does anyone know of places that typically have a nice sunday brunch or any places that will have a special brunch due to Easter? Much appreciated as we want to make reservations now!

we had easter brunch at the maui prince hotel. it was excellent. there is a little church down a path on the beach from the hotel where we went for services and then back for the meal that never ends....

We enjoyed our breakfasts at the Kapalua Bay Hotel - just a few minutes from where you are staying. The setting and views there are gorgeous too.

aloha!

Having had brunch at the Maui Prince Hotel in October 2003, and having seen the restaurant at the Kapalua Bay Hotel where their Sunday Brunch is held, I would go to the Kapalua for your Easter Sunday Brunch. The setting is beautiful, and the restaurant is open air, unlike the Maui Prince. It will be a setting that you won't forget.

The Maui Prince is charging $42 for a brunch-which I'm sure is worth it for the kinds of food they're offering, but we want something that's a little less expensive (and we don't really need all you can eat crab legs and shrimp)--I'll check out the Kapalua Bay-thanks!

We just saw today that the Maui Tropical Plantation on Honoapi'ilani Highway is having an Eater Brunch for $25 per adult. The menu includes `ahi poke, lomi lomi salmon, teri chicken, carved roast beef, fresh salads, crab, prawns, deserts and more that I can't remember. The setting is exceptional and friends who live in Wailuku highly reccommend the food.
