Where to go for 3 days??
 

I know this is a VERY broad question and how much we hate those....but I have no clue right now!!

DH and I managed to score $400 travel vouchers on Delta by agreeing to give up our seats. So I will be using mine to travel June 23rd - June 26th. I was planning on going to Miami, but I have been there numerous times, so I figured maybe try something new.

I would be traveling alone, so I would prefer a warm location, or someplace with a good public transit system. I also have a passport, so out of the country is also an option. I love seeing new things, hanging with the locals and going off the beaten path. (For instance I prefer Coral Gables / Coconut Grove over South Beach in Miami)

Considering I would leave out of JFK, where can I go for about $400 that would be good for a single traveler to explore?

Definitely Bermuda! The island is easy to manuever by taxi, bus, ferry, or on foot. Weather is great in late June. With only 3 days, you won't feel totally overwhelmed because the island is really so easy to figure out.

where have or haven't you traveled? do you want warm as in sitting on the beach or just warm in general. i think san francisco would be a fun 3 day trip, but you won't exactly be hanging out on the beach. key west would be great too.

Bermuda is a relatively short flight from NYC, there are lots of things to do on the island besides the beach, and they have only one hour time difference from NYC.
