Where to get tickets for NY shows?
 

In NYC for three nights Jan 31-Feb 3. Where should I go for cheap(er) Broadway tickets? <BR>Specially interested in Hairspray, Millie, Cabaret. <BR>Is it likely I'll get tickets for at least one of them? Sunday 2 is our preferred date.<BR>Thanks

You won't get any discounted tickets for Hairspray. The least expensive tickets for the other two are at the TKTS booth. Cabaret will probably be available there. And, there's a chance for Millie as well. Otherwise, check the Playbill website (www.playbill.com).

You can also look on eBay. Before bidding be sure to check the seller's feedback rating, and also make sure that the exact seat numbers are provided for the tickets you are bidding on. Have a great time!

My sister and I purchased tickets for Cabaret in mid-October at the newer TKTS booth located at S. Seaport. (lower Manhattan) I could not believe how short the line was there when we arrived about 10 minutes before they opened. Also, when we first got in line Cabaret was not listed as an offering for that day, but was posted after we had waited in line for about 10 minutes. Hope you get to enjoy the show.
