Where to find rattlesnake & cactus fries?

Heading to Arizona (Phoenix/Flagstaff area). Would like to know the best place to locate these local dishes. I would love to try them.

My family tried rattlesnake appetizer at the Rawhide attraction in Scottsdale a few years ago! They even put the spine or such on a plate.
Wasn't that exciting, but we could say we tried it.. I'd have to draw the line with chocolate covered scorpions though

Jetset, are you saying you hadn't even licked the chocolate off?

Jetset, you are now officially excluded from the Chocolate Addict Anonymous!!
