Well, Carly, I was going to give you some good suggestions, but if you're going to get snippy about it...

Jane:

OH! MY! GOD!

You gave me a chill when you mentioned a couple of my faves from way back when. How about The Fish Market? Is The Garden still open? I loved that place. My wife and I worked in Center City and lived in SOuth Jersey so we walked down to the High Speed Line every day. At least once a week we'd say "Let's stop for a drink at The Garden, out back, of course. Then after a couple Garden Coolers, a wonderful meal, coffee and after dinner drinks, we'd finally waddle away at about 10 PM.
And Frog! What great meals we had there. Breakfast at The Commissary before work......
I think all of Steve Poses' restaurants were wonderful.

You made my day. Thanks!!!!!!

Fish Market and Garden are closed. Brasserie Perrier or even Striped Bass are great choices. Striped Bass does a 3 course lunch for 26 a person and it is equivalent to what you get at dinne there for close to 100. It is my top choice!!! If you have not been there yet, it is a must.
