Where is the best pool in Orlando?
I just returned from the Marriott World Center and thought it was one of the biggest and most beautiful. I have also stayed at the Hyatt Grand Cypress which was also very nice. What other hotels compare poolwise?

The Omni has a fantastic lazy river, as does the JW Marriott. I have stayed at the Marriott World Center, and thought both the Omni & JW Marriott's pools were better.

Seconding the JW Marriott pool. Love that lazy river!

Are the pools at the Omni and JW Marriott large like the World Center. It was almost as if we were the only people there, it was so big.

You don't mention if you are entertaining children of if the vantage point is adult only. If your judgement is adult, I agee with birder and 321go that the pool at JW is excellent. If you have kids along, consider the pool at Disney's Beach and Yacht. Shipwreck, Beach, around the boardwalk... lots of good special effects for the youngsters.l

The pool at Disney's Yacht and Beach club is magnificient. Called Stormalong Bay, it's 3 acres of fun. Sand bottom and zero-entry, it contains a lazy river and water slides big and small. It was fun for kids and adults.

Here's a list of the top ten hotel pools in Orlando. I agree with the above poster that the two hotels along Stormalong Bay at Disney is probably the best.

The Disney pools are fun, but kids also love the pool at the Gaylord Palms and of course, for the younger set nothing beats the pool at the Nickelodeon Suites!
