Okay, is she still around, and if so, where can we go to "catch her act?"

She's better in the movie. Most hotels have "Midnight in the Garden" propaganda sheets and tours that'll tell you the name of the club where she performs, but be aware not everyone was as enchanted with the show as they were with the film's version of it.

I,too,was interested in finding this infamous drag queen while in Sav.recently. She performs sporadically @"Club One" which is off the BaySt. that runs along the harbor.Check before you go,the club was dead the Mon. night we went.

She lives in Atlanta but performs at Club One about one day a month. Her portion of the show is miniscule and I agree, the act is nothing to write home about. We saw it once, and once was more than enough. This has nothing to do with morals etc, it just was boring, boring, boring. <BR><BR>The Club's address is 1 Jefferson St. It is multi level and all but one level is primarily a gay bar.

She's usually at Club One on Saturday nights. Call the Club to find out. And OO, it is a totally gay bar with occaisional straight people.

As opposed to the other levels, the Cabaret section, because of the name the place acquired after The Book, has as many or more straight customers as gay. The rest is gay.
