Where is best place to watch winter storms?
 
Looking for a romantic inn or bed and breakfast with great ocean views.

Depends where you want to go - East Coast or West Coast. <BR> <BR>A great inn in Cannon Beach ORE is the Stephanie Inn.

The Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino (on Vancouver Island) is booked years in advance due to the storm watching and romantic facilities.
