Where can I find a good map of Kauai?

Where is the best place to find a map of Kauai? We are looking for a map to help us figure out where restaurants are located in proximity to resorts, beaches, etc. The only maps I have come across so far are large generic maps of the island that do not show specific roads. We are staying in the south shore if that makes a difference. Thank you!

I still have an old one from Aloha Airlines that I use from time to time.

Other than that, once you get there they have a ton of coupon books with some good maps but it looks like you need one during the planning stages?

Or maybe you can order one thru: http://www.101things.com/

Good call. I keep forgetting about good ol' AAA.

Mrs Kal joined AA-AAA. She was always driving me to drink.

May wish to look into this one too:

On interisland flights both Aloha and Hawaiian generally pass out maps. Also most rental car companies will give you a map when you rent on the island. Don't knoiw if you want to wait until you get there for your map, but they are easily available at no cost. And pretty accurate and helpful.

AHH! I forgot about AAA--that is where I will go. Iceeu2 & Kal, thank you for the links!! I will probably purchase the dive map from frankosmaps. Once I am at a location I love the car rental maps!
