Do most of the colleges have their break around the same time?

Different schools have it at different times. Oregon schools take it the week of March 21 this year.

Spring Break is anytime end of February to mid-April.

millie.....You'll run into the twixters who go after SB....It wont be completely void of partiers, but the drunks should be gone.

Here's a website listing spring breaks for colleges all over the US, along with their enrollment numbers. It's scary to think how many students could crowd your party (but they're done by the first week of April - good for you):

My daughter's college isn't on the list, so add 7,000 to the numbers for the first week (February 28 - March 6).

My youngest son's college isn't on that list either. So add another 7500 for the week of 3/17 to 3/28!
