What to see in San Francisco in 2 days (Mon & Sat)

First timers to San Fran. Will have rental car. (Visiting Yosemite in between) Looking for must see destinations and food spots. What activities should we do or see? Any great drives? Must eat at places? Places to rent bikes or rent a day boat? Have a picnic? Wineries? Any fun night clubs? Great views to have a cocktail? Museums? Most see photo spots? Music: Jazz, blues, burlesque show? Appreciate any feedback. Looking forward to visiting your state!

Jazz: Yoshi's (and if you like Japanese food, the restaurant is excellent)? Other fun clubs for music (mostly standing) the Independent and the Boom-Boom Room. Also Pier 23.

Bikes: several places to rent them along the Embarcadero - you can ride there, or rent closer to Fisherman's Wharf and ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. Also out near Haight to ride in Go,den Gate Park (GG Bridge and GG Park are not near each other.

Wineries - no, you'd have to drive about an hour for that

Signature show: Beach Blanket Babylon

Great view restaurant for a cocktail - Waterbar

Please view the link below. StuDudley lists more things to see. From the Fodor's Forum.

As for things to do and restaurants to go to, it all depends. Grab a Zagat Restaurant Guide at your local bookstore. It should be in stock.
