What to do in Orlando with a 17 year old?

Yes, I am coming to the forums for advice on what to do in Orlando with a 17 year old. I actually grew up in Orlando myself and even though I am only 30 years old, I am drawing a blank on what to do with my 17 year old brother in law. He is coming for a visit from Pennslyvania at the end of this month.

We are going to take him to Disney one day. My husband is going to take him golfing another day.

What else should we do?? If I were planning a trip for adults, I would know exactly what to plan. But this whole teenager thing is throwing me off.

Thanks!

Bee Line expressway to Kennedy Space Center

DownTown Disney lots of teens action

Around lake buena vista and free

Universal and Sea World can be of interest

Why not just ask him u have tonnes of grrat options

SWamp Boats out of Kissimme can be tonnes of fun if adventurous.

I think a 17 year old would love Universal and Islands of Adventure.

I would think he would be a prime candidate for Harry Potter land at Universal.

Well a 17 year old is a young adult - not a child (presumably about to enter college and live on their own). So - I would ask him what he wants to see/do - and assume he's done some research - or aim him into doing some.

Hub and I, when in our 40s, had huge grins in Universal Studios-lots more there now. And agree, do ask. He's probably checked out some spots online and may have some ideas. Please let us know!

It has been very hot in Pa lately. Will he enjoy sweating playing golf in Fla. or would a waterpark be more appealing? Ask him?

How about Gatorland, with the new zipline? http://gatorland.com/zippromo.php

Or Disneyquest? http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/des...ve-theme-park/
