What's your favorite BBQ place and Mexican restaurant in Houston?

Another vote for Mama Ninfa's. Luling on Richmond has to be best BBQ in town, IMHO.

Pizzitola's (on Shepard) for barbecue. I have to agree on Teotihuacan and Pico's. I eat there several times a month. At Teotihuacan (on Airline), I am partial to a parillada platter, while at Pico's the calamari a la mexicana (appetizer) and enchiladas de mariscos are my favorites. El Tiempo Cantina is another good one; anything with lump crab and particularly snapper with lump crab topping. Also at Pico's a margarita shaken and "up" like a martini is preferred.
