I drink mostly wine and lots of that: the wonderful inexpensive roses on the "beach" with shellfish for lunch in Baiona, Spain.
That'll change shortly as I'll be in MX and drinking inexpensive Chilean and Argentine wines there.

Mudslide at the pool bar at the Westin on Grand Cayman on our honeymoon (have had them since other places and never half as good!)

Some "blue iguana" concoction we were served on a snorkle trip in Aruba (very potent!)

Hurricans (poured into plastic cups to we could wander the street) in New Orleans and Bloody Mary's w/pickled green beans (instead of celery)

Gin & Tonics w/lime in Hilton Head - just 'cause it's the first place I had one and now it's one of my favorite drinks

Pina coladas anywhere tropical (even sub-tropical). I tried one once at home in Colorado, and the ice was lumpy, just not the same thing.
