Have you tried a search? Typing ["what is a troll"]* in the searchbox will bring up posts with the exact same title.

*note: use the quotation marks.

It is a person that starts a post for the sole purpose of causing trouble. Even when there is little interest in the post, they will post again just to bring it up again.

some times a person will post a question that is so inane that it's hard to believe that he/she is serious. So the tendency is to assume that person is a troll. Unfortunately, sometimes it's just a stupid question from someone that doesn't understand just how dumb it sounds.

Aileen

Sometimes it's a question that while not inane it just seems like the wrong website to be asking for advice. :-)

I don't believe in trolling. The people who don't like the subject should not review or respond to it. Move on.

I think it is objectionable to refer to trolls in this derogatory manner. There they are in there mountain halls, just mining and minding there own business...
Youth in Asia? nevermind...
