what are the best arrival times for Kona, Honolulu, and Lihue?

Planning to arrive on a Friday in Kona (around 2 pm seems to be my only direct flight choice) from Maui. I leave the following Wednesday for Ohau, and then Sunday for Kauai. Are there any times to "avoid" arrival in these airports. I'll be driving to Waikola from Kona airport, to Ko Olina from HNL airport, and to the Marriott Kauai from Lihue airport. The days are set, but I have some flexibility on departure/arrival times.

Been going to Kauai since '89 and never had a "rush hour" problem.
It's still pretty small and the times
2-3 planes came in at nearly the same time, the lines seemed to move along.

We like to arrive as early as we can.

The drive from the airport ot the Marriott is probably less than 5 mins.
probably at all times of the day.

Traffic will be snarly from HNL partway to Ko Olina in the late afternoon/evening. Traffic starts to pick up at 3:30 or 4:00 on weekdays and can be heavy until 6:30 or 7:00 pm. No problem in the mornings or other times of the day.

I don't think there would ever be a traffic problem at the Kona airport or on the drive to Waikola, though I don't actually live there so maybe there are subtleties I'm missing. Sometimes, though, there can be a wait at the car rental place. I've certainly experienced that. It wasn't terrible, just a minor annoyance, as everyone was eager to get to their hotels and instead was waiting at an inadequately staffed counter. But not a big deal.

When you get off of the plane, take a deep breath of Hawaiian Air...exhale all the mainland time crunch gotta get there molecules...Relax and forget about saving 10 minutes! Remember, it's a vacation from stress! My first encounter with a laid back Hawaiian was at the car rental company, I was jet-lagged, in a hurry and he was just taking care of me nice and leisurly. He sensed my impatience, and said, "Chill out now, it won't be long..." I did the breath in, breath out. I dialed down the type "A" and switched to island speed.
