We are staying at the Grand Floridian also. It will
be our first time to however all the people I have
spoken to say that it is worth every penny. The mono-
rail is on site so you will have easy access to Magic
Kingdom and Epcot. The Grand Floridian was voted one
of the 50 best hotels in the world and it also was
given the triple A 4diamond award. Every guide I've
read it ranked number one.You have chosen the crown
jewel of the Disney resorts. Enjoy your trip.

While staying at the Grand, have dinner at Narcoossee's. It's not a very big restaurant as
WDW restaurants go, so make sure you have reservations. We've have dined there many times
and every meal was superb. Try the alligator pate
you get with your bread!

Bon Apetite!

I stayed at the Grand Floridian last year and it was great. Try Narcosees, it is wonderful. Do the mini-boats. You can play around with the kids on the entire seven-seas lagoon. Also, go to the Polynesian resorts Luau. The food is wonderful, but you have to have reservations. Also, sip drinks at the Roundhouse why the kids play in the pool after a dat at Disney.

The Grand Floridian is a resort that you will be glad you chose. I am from Orlando, a travel agent, and part-time employee of Disney......you have made a wise choice. I'm not just saying this because I work there either! I can tell you I have nothing bad to say about this place, for the money you will be spending it is worth every penny. As an adult you must let the "magic" of Disney overwelm you and enjoy it. As I so often do, you may get a tear in your eye when you see a small child spot Mickey or Cinderella for the very first time. It is something you will never forget. Check out on of the character breakfasts in the Magic Kingdom such as Cinderella's Round Table or The Crystal Palace, the kids will go nuts! Enjoy your stay and if you have any ?????? you know where I am...good luck!

The best, loveliest hotel I've stayed at. Don't miss
the 5 o'clock tea in the main building. And start saving
your money now for a meal at Victoria and Albert's.
We spent $300 on dinner, but it was worth it.
The rooms are just beautiful, as are the grounds.
The maids stroll the grounds carrying peach-colored
ruffled unbrellas for shade.
The pool isn't as imaginative as at the other resorts,
but it also wasn't overrun with children either. Great
health club.

I've stayed at 3 on-property Disney hotels. Grand Floridian is the Best.
Regarding dining, Grand Floridian has some nice choices, but don't feel
limited to theirs, because you are within 10-20 minutes from many other restaurants,
by using the monorail, or boat service. Try Wilderness Lodge or Crystal Palace in Magic
Kingdom for breakfasts; Polynesian has two nice choices for lunches, also Liberty Tavern
in Magic Kingdom is very nice. Artists Point in Wilderness Lodge is a nice dinner place.
And afternoon tea is served at England's tavern section of Epcot, besides GrandFloridian.
But the best part of the Grand Floridian is the evening cocktail hour when the band plays in
that huge lobby and you sit and sip in your easy chair. Have fun
