Weekend with 8 women
 

Our group of 8 women live in ILL. we would like tips for Missouri or Indiana regarding renting a house on a lake near shopping for a weekend.!!!!!We are interested in no more than a 5 hour drive to the spot.

You might get more replies by mentioning the states in your title? Weekend with 8 women could mean anywhere in the United States.

What part of Illinois? You could do the Hobart/Indiana Dunes area easily if you're in Northern Illinois, but it's more than 5 hours if you're in the southern end of the state.

With that title, I thought the author was some guy wanting a weekend with 8 women! :^O

Nashville, Indiana, Brown County, Indiana are very nice lots of shopping in Nashville.

You didn't mention the time of year, fall colours are wonderful in Brown County.

We live in Southern ILL. We usually go to Branson or Lake of the Ozarks.Yes, we are a group of 8 women who spend a weekend a year with each other for "girlfriend" time.I appreciate the Indiana info.I had thought of that also.Since I am retired, I am the organizer of everything our group does.I found some of the responses very funny.Since we range from 67 down to 33, I'm not sure any one man could handle us!!!!!!!!Thanks
