Weather in NYC this week!
 

I'm coming to NYC this week and is finalizing my packing. What is the weather like...short sleeves, shorts, sweater at night, jacket? Looks like from the extended forcast that I need to bring an umbrella? Is the weather at night too cool to stay in my "day attire"?

It is nice during the day--high 70's to low 80's. This would be fine for shorts and t-shirt since you will be walking around. The nights are getting cooler so you should carry a sweater w/ you at night. Perfect days and perfect nights at this time. Have a great trip.

It's a good week, weatherwise, for visiting NYC. They're predicting highs in the mid to low 70s. Evenings get a little cool.

Does anyone know anything about the thunder storm predicted for I believe this Thursday? How are thunder storms in NYC? Will it still be pretty warm for shorts etc?
