Weather in Lake powell/monument valley/Antelope canyon During Nov/Dec timeframe
 

What kind of weather should one expect in Lake powell,Monument valley during Nov/December.

I haven't been at this time of the year, but we talked to some Snow Birds at Lake Powell one October and they say they leave by the end of the month because it gets so cold.

I know it can snow at Monument Valley.

No, Antelope Island State Park is an island in the Great Salt Lake.

The Antelope Slot Canyons you see in my pictures are located just a few miles outside of Page, AZ. There is also an Antelope Canyon that's on Lake Powell near Page, AZ.

Lots of Antelope places...LOL!

Expect cold weather in November/December in Southeast Utah/Northeast Arizona. I have driven in snowstorms in Blanding, Ut (90 miles north of Monument Valley) in December. One benefit, the desert can look stunning under a blanket of snow.
