WDW Dinner with a VIEW, what would you suggest?

We are planning a anniversary dinner out one night this summer in July at Disney World. Looking for a great spot for a meal (any type food is fine) and maybe a view of the fireworks. Anywhere in DW is ok, just as long as we don't have to pay additional to get into a park..... any suggestions? We are staying at the Dolphin.

There is a great restaurant on top of the Contemporary Hotel - ?California Grille maybe. I know a couple of yrs ago it was highly recommended and even the locals loved it. It's also a great spot to watch the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom. Have fun.

On the lake in EPCOT, we made reservations for 8 P.M. to dine outdoors at the United Kingdom's Rose & Crown. The fireworks begin at 9 P.M. around the same time we were ready to order dessert. A perfect way to end the day.

If you don't want to go into a park, I agree on the California Grille at the top of the Comtemporary.

Hello,

I am a travel agent, and I do a lot of Disney vacations. By far, the very best place to have dinner and see the fireworks is the California Grill on the top of the Contemporary. Check and see what time the fireworks start and then, coordinate your reservation time for about an hour earlier. You will be enjoying dessert just as the fireworks start. Be sure to make Priority Seating Reservations with Disney dining.

Please feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions!

Best Regards,
Julia
