My favorites in Washington State are Snoqualmie Falls (5), Wallace Falls (22), Narada Falls in Mt. Rainier NP (63), Deception Falls (because it is a convenient stop near Stevens Pass), and Palouse Falls (in the vicinity of Walla Walla).
