Wanted: Romance! Tonight

Aloha! Checking in from south Maui! It's our 24th wedding anniversary today, and our 7th time on the island. What are your recommendations for a romantic evening tonight?

Thanks!

Does your hotel have a concierge? Ask what is possible.
Sorry that the full moon is not until the 10th this month.

How 'bout a bottle of champagne at sunset with a Hawaiian ukelele player in the background?

Placename, you're good! Though we'll probably go a bit more conservative this year. We're looking at Capiche?.

And, thanks for your well wishes, Mrs. Pickle!

The restauarant looks so nice! Are you staying at the hotel there - Wailea? I would love to hear your report! Congratulations!!

Happy 24th Wedding to you two, Iregeo. May you have many more decades of love, good health and many joys. ((F))

Thanks willowjane and LoveItaly! We're staying across the way from the Hotel Wailea, at the Polo Beach Club, next door to the Kea Lani. We've been staying here for years. I'ts sort of our home away from home.

As for a report, I'm embarrassed to "report" that all we've been doing is sleeping, eating, and sunning, in that order! Things have been very stressful at home, and we both needed this time away, very much.

We have had 2 meals out, both excellent, at Mama's fish House and Monkeypod.

We'll see what tonight brings!

I have never been to Hawaii at all so the mere fact that you have been staying there for "years" is impressive to me - as is 24 years of marriage! Don't be embararrassed!:):) I will mark down your two restaurants for our trip.
