Want to visit the place with the least cigarette smokers!
I hate smoking. I want to visit the place in the USA that treats people who smoke as the true second class citizens they are. The place with the toughest anti smoking laws, the place with the highest taxes on cigarettes, the places with the most social and peer pressure against smoking and the place where the least people even bother to smoke.
This place would be a non smokers heaven! Help me find it!

I'm deliriously happy in the People's Republic of Cambridge, but it has one of the country's best tobacco shops there on Mass. Ave. Massachusetts has been, among other wonderful things, a producer of wrapper tobacco in the Connecticut River Valley. Bet you didn't know that.
Howard -- I'm very much afraid, dear, that you are baiting us non-smokers so that those who think of us as Nazi's get a chance to bash and flame us. Even if you are not, it's still going to happen.
Got a clue for you -- in addition to avoiding tobacco states, stay away from dense populations in cities where addiction is a way of life, stay away from places where they serve alcohol, stay away from places where men think that John Wayne is their role model, and stay away from places where libertarians think that not being told what to do is more important than health.
I think there's a town on Victoria Island qualifies.
