Want to buy a 2-3 bedroom oceanfront condo in Florida
Back in the 1980's I lived for 10 years in Miami in various locations and enjoyed the warm weather and all the things there were to do, although am not bilingual so that part didn't go well. I now live on Long Island and would like to get a second place in Florida and eventually move there, I would like to live in a city that has a lot to do, although not Sarasota since I have relatives there and don't want to be that close in proximity, any thoughts on oceanfront areas that are in cities that have a lot of things to do.

Has welch got a deal for you!
Good location too :-) |
Thanks, Starrs!
Perhaps this is kismet. Actually, it's a nice condo. Riverfront, though, 2 causeways to the ocean - and walking distance to Cocoa Village. There's a dock to tie up the boat. My mom used to watch the Space Center launches from her porch. Kaaala, let me know if you want information. |
Define "things to do."

uh, I believe I was the one to connect the 2 threads; but you are welcome in any case.

Sorry DebibNM!
You certainly had your eye out for me and I greatly appreciate it! All this is amusing considering I've been looking for a warmer place to live (as has been written on the board). But I moved to CA from Florida 30 years ago and never looked back. |

I might add that crowds are relatively low and the (historical) hurricane threat is quite low. _____________________________________________ Vic's travels: http://my.flightmemory.com/vogilvie |
If you have cash or are pre-approved, I would think the Florida Worls is your oyster.
