Wall Drugs - what food or drink?

What's the food or drink that is best at Wall Drugs? I read an article some years ago that said some item had to be tried, but I don't remember what it was.

Is it a milkshake or burger or what?

They are known for their "free Water". This is how they got started. Otherwise it is just a huge building with different shops, and restaurants.

A super-touristy place. It is really just a big souvenier shop. I'm not saying don't stop, just don't expect to be amazed. CM

There is nothing whatsoever unique about Wall Drug other than their obvious success at advertising. It is a huge tourist trap, and if you are lucky you will leave without spending a cent.

It's worth a stop. I'd spring for ice cream.
