Walking from Stratosphere to Bellagio
 

How far is Bellagio from Stratosphere? Is it walkable?<BR><BR>Thanks,<BR><BR>Bob

It is about a 3 mile stroll. In the summer heat, I wouldn't do it.

You can take the Strip bus. It stops right by the Stratosphere I believe. However, in the summer, it is hot also.

I guess technically it's walkable, but I sure wouldn't want to do it. I've made the hike from the Stardust to the Stratosphere before and that was plenty far, and Bellagio must be about 3 times that far. <BR><BR>Take the bus or a cab.

And you MOST certainly don't want to make that walk at night!

The walk is do-able day or night, very long so not for the unfit. But of course I wouldn't do it in the day if the weather is hot. Despite the rumours, it's perfectly safe if you stay on the Strip around the Stratosphere, just don't go walking into the side streets.

I think it's about 1 mile to the main strip area. I have stayed there and walked (but the shuttle bus is easier). Never felt unsafe or saw any crime when walking day or night. Actually liked the Stratosphere and would go back.

Just back from the Bellagio. It was very hot in Vegas, one day up to 111. The walk to Stratsophere would be a very long tiring walk unless you really like to walk and you are fit. The heat gets to you fast. I wouldn't even think about it. We used some of the monorails and walkways to get to casinos close to Bellagio then taxis for others.
