Hey. I noticed prices for Wailea condos are being discounted right now for the fall. Anyone in the know have suggestions on how long we should wait to book a waterfront condo for our trip in February? Thinking there will be some even better deals for high season in coming weeks. Thoughts?

I'd say that it is a bit of stretch thinking that high season rates will be discounted because they are being discounted now, but things are tough in the islands right now, so who knows?

Maybe I am being wishful. What Hawaii is going thru now is similar to what has happened here but its just taken longer to hit. I am actually thinking 2010 is when I will see real deals. I am interested in Wailea Beach Villas right now. I see a glut of them on VRBO. I see people are dropping prices right now, I am going to wait and see if they make similar drops for February.
